Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email and password
- Profile and professional information you submit (qualification, experience, documents)
- Job applications, saved jobs and network activity
- Device data needed to run the app, such as push notification tokens
How we use information
- To create and manage your account
- To show jobs, applications, network features and subscriptions
- To contact you about your account or support requests
- To keep the platform safe and improve the service
App permissions
- Camera / Photos / Files — only when you upload a profile photo, resume or documents
- Notifications — to alert you about jobs, applications and messages
- Internet — to connect to MedOrbit services
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the platform. For example, employers see the applicant details you choose to share, payment gateways (such as Razorpay) process paid plans, and notification services deliver push alerts. We do not sell your personal data.
Data security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorised staff.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from the app or on our Delete Account page. After deletion your login is removed and your mobile number and email are cleared from your account.
Children
MedOrbit is meant for adults looking for healthcare jobs and is not intended for children under 18.
